For nearly 20 years, he has been supporting companies and their executives in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, as well as on legal structuring and restructuring issues.
As regards collective proceedings, his expertise covers both amicable proceedings (ad hoc mandate and conciliation) and judicial proceedings (judicial safeguard, recovery or liquidation).
